the name is reese and people call me reese for short. my name is spelt with an S and not a C, and it often bothers me when people assume its spelt with a C. i'm the average twenty-something singleton living in melbourne, australia, but i grew up in the forever beautiful eastern suburbs of sydney; where the city is around the corner, the beach is your backyard and your neighbours are people like russell crowe. i'm a unique mix of european and asian but i'm aussie as you can get.
i moved to melbourne in march 2009 for a new life challenge but i don't plan to live here forever. i am and always will be a sydney girl and nothing beats the golden east coast of australia. my next life challenge is to live abroad and i've got my eyes set on california.
i'm a slave to the medical/health sector by day and captain obvious by nature. i'm also an aspiring writer, music connoirsseir, a sporadic photography muse, bookworm, avid tweeter, vegetarian that still hasn't given up eating fish, shopaholic, a party-girl in retirement, beauty junkie, daily newspaper reader, blogger, a world of contradictions and a lover of nerds. powered by caffeine, vodka mixes and good glass of moscato with everything but dessert. i'm a cat owner and lover and future crazy cat lady. i suffer from goldfish syndrome which makes me forget things very quickly. i blunt, forward and straight to the point which often comes across as being rude, but i just don't like wasting people's time and vise versa. i don't hate a lot of things but can't tolerate being called "cute". i'm also a pro-sleeper and could sleep the shit out of you anyday. i write a lot and often its inside my own head.


i have eight tattoos and nine piercings. i love make-up but i don't wear too much of it: i'm a firm believer that "less is more". my signature look is cat eyes and bright fuchsia lips, you wouldn't see me wearing anything else. i love M.A.C. cosmetics and O.P.I nailpolish. i don't smoke, never did drugs, gamble or eat meat, yet i still live a life of sin. i am in love with grooming and everything and anything to makes you feel good; some will call in vanity but i would like to call it high self-maintenance. i love to do workshops, learn new things and kick back at home. i am not partial to negativity, bullshit, mind-fuck games and being woken up.
i believe in love and i love being in love. i believe in keeping your surname after marriage, not naming children after dead relatives and a higher being is yourself. i believe hoes before bros. i believe your parents are always right and you don't have to be blood related to be family. i believe in nature, karma, meeting halfway and lots and lots of sleep.
